About Vivian Aumond
I am blessed to live in the midst of nature; its beauty inspires me each day with the changing of the seasons, the leaves turning colors and the animals that wander through the fields. My art can be quiet and thought-provoking or wild and colorful. I enjoy adding a variety of beads, buttons and found objects on my mixed media fiber pieces. I am known for my hand dyes, and I paint many of the fabrics. My art is featured in several books, as well as Showcase 500 Beaded Jewelry, and 100 Artisan Textiles.
